Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of East Aurora will hold a Public Hearing in the Board Room at 585 Oakwood Ave, East Aurora, NY, at 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 8 to hear the application for Colleen O'Connor at48-50 Elmwood Avenue who is seeking a use variance from the Village Code under Article 56 to enclose the exteriorstair on the south side of the rear non-conforming dwelling, rebuild atwo-story section and convert the first floor to habitable space.
