Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of East Aurora will hold a Public Hearing in the Board Room at 585 Oakwood Ave, East Aurora, NY, at 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 9 to hear the applicationfor Anne Marie Smigielski to request theinstallation of a 6-foot-high vinyl privacy fence in the side yards that willcontinue into the rear yard to enclose the rear of the property at 150 BuffaloRoad who is seeking a variance from the Village Code Section §285-30.3A(2) Fences Required: Fences shall be permitted in all districts, provided the height of a fence does not exceed four feet where located to the side or in front of the main building. Request: 6' high fence to be installed 5' in front of the rear-most wall of the dwelling, extending from the dwelling to6" (typical) from the property line and then along the property line for17.5 linear feet on the west side and 28 linear feet on the east side of the dwelling. Variance: 2'in height for 17.5' on the west side and 28' on the east side of the dwelling.
