Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of East Aurora will hold a Public Hearing in the Board Room at 585 Oakwood Ave, East Aurora, NY, at 6:00 PM on Thursday, June 11 to hear the application for Richard Hanes-Stetter at 275 Walnut Street, who is seeking a variance from the Village Code Section §285-30.3A(2) Fences. Requirement: Fences shall be permitted in all districts, provided the height of a fence does not exceed four feet where located to the side or in front of the main building. Request:6' high fence to be installed in the side yard (south) for 70 linear feet. Variance: 2' in height.
