Please take notice that the Village of East Aurora Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing. The hearing will be held on Monday, October 20, at 7:00 pm in the Board Room of the Village Hall, 585 Oakwood Avenue, East Aurora, New York. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request to rezone the rear portion of the lot to Open Space (OS) from Marget J. Drzewiecki, Esq., of Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC, for the property owner Dimitie O’Connor at 192 Oakwood Avenue.
