The Village of East Aurora Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 20, at 7 pm in the Board Room upstairs inthe Village Hall, 585 Oakwood Avenue, East Aurora. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a Special Use Permit from applicants ErinRedding and Zachary Goodrich of 533 Prospect Ave to construct a 22'x45' detached garage with a one-bedroom ADU for family and occasional guests of the owner-occupied single-family dwelling.
