For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC, and the Village of East Aurora
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of East Aurora will hold a Public Hearing on July 20, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the East Aurora Municipal Center, 585 Oakwood Ave. East Aurora, New York, regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of East Aurora and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.
A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk’s office, 585 Oakwood Ave. East Aurora, New York. At such a public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
